As a Native-American owned business, Froehling & Robertson understands the importance of fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. 

Rooted in a foundation of value and respect, F&R provides meaningful opportunities for engagement, informal mentorships and diverse employee-led task forces. The President visits each office quarterly to discuss our strategic goals and initiatives and seeks input from our employees.

Continuous improvement drives educational programs for our management team on the various ways to promote diversity and ensure inclusion. Last year’s training focused on “Respect in the Workplace”.

Promoting a safe and healthy work environment has driven our efforts to expand the reach of our workplace policies. Policy additions include Paid Parental Leave and Terminal Illness Leave.

We cultivate trustworthiness in our relationships by acknowledging holidays of all cultures. The celebrations calendar recognizes events and religious holidays of major minority groups within the United States and F&R.

Advancements in pay equity, professional growth programs, and promotional opportunities are anchored in technical excellence and financial success. F&R has established pay bands for all positions to ensure pay equity among all employees and conducted a thorough review of pay and found no disparities in gender or ethnicity.
