Angie Earlywine is a Senior Principal at Lamar Johnson Collaborative and Director of the Advance Strategies practice. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is a leading full-service design firm that provides master planning, architecture, interiors, and consulting services. Advance Strategies is a consulting practice specializing in the areas of real estate strategy, workplace strategy, facility planning, workplace change engagement, and onsite services. Angie’s core focus is being a partner and advisor in mastering change in the built environment for clients experiencing changes in their real estate portfolio. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is a subsidiary of Clayco, a $2B+ fully integrated design-build and integrated cm@risk company headquartered in Chicago.

Angie brings nearly 20 years of leadership and expertise in workplace strategy and design implementation across all market sectors and building types. Angie is a national speaker and accomplished writer on the topic of best practices in workplace strategy and design. She regularly speaks at IFMA World Workplace, NeoCon, and has spoken at industry events for AIA, CREW and ULI.

Angie has been a member of CREW-St. Louis since 2005 and has held various leadership positions including CREW-St. Louis president and board member and is an active mentor in the chapter’s inaugural mentorship program. She was awarded the Career Advancement for Women Award at CREW-St. Louis’s Annual Awards Ceremony and has received numerous IIDA Design Awards for her work. Angie holds dual membership with the CREW-St. Louis and CREW Chicago chapters. She is an advisory board member for the YWCA of Greater St. Louis and the Missouri Growth Association (MGA) and holds certifications in Change Engagement and is a LEED accredited professional. 

Angie holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Maryville University where she was president of Student Government and award recipient of the Oscar C. Lamy Leadership Award of Excellence. Angie is a wife and mother of two teenagers and a trained first responder.
