Barbara Oddo is a Director and Regional General Manager at Tishman Speyer, a leading owner, developer, operator, and fund manager of more than 167 million square feet of first-class assets worldwide. Tishman Speyer has more than 1,200 real estate professionals who operate in 30 markets, 7 countries and 4 continents. With signature assets that include Rockefeller Center, Yankee Stadium, Chrysler Center, Frankfurt’s Messeturm and The Springs in Shanghai - as well as those under development at The Spiral in New York city and Mission Rock in San Francisco - Tishman Speyer is a recognized leader in best-in-class assets.
Barbara is a commercial real estate veteran and industry leader, with 35+ years of proven experience in asset operations. Currently responsible for oversight of Tishman Speyer’s Boston portfolio, Barbara is instrumental in ensuring the firm’s success for customer satisfaction and retention; executing innovative programming and initiatives; encouraging professional development of staff and promoting strategic growth in the region.
Barbara has been an active member of CREW Boston for more than 15 years. She has served on numerous committees, including Membership, Mentor and Golf, and was the 2018-2019 CREW Boston President. Barbara received the CREW Boston 2021 Networking award for her role as the developer’s representative on Ora Seaport, a project that brought together more than a dozen CREW members on the development of a mixed-use parcel in Boston’s Seaport. Additional recognitions include: 2021 Globe Street Woman of Influence; 2019 New England Banking Woman of F.I.R.E; 2019 featured panelist for Harvard’s BOLD Women in Business Conference; 2019 Connect Media NE Leadership series participant; 2018 Bisnow Power Woman & Keynote speaker, and 2018 Judge for MIT’s Hack for Inclusion.
Barbara and her husband enjoy golf, travel and adventures with their three sons, two daughters-in law and one beautiful new granddaughter!
