Claire Roberts, SIOR, is an investment broker and a member of the National Office and Industrial Properties Group at the Minneapolis office of Marcus & Millichap. Founded in 1971, Marcus & Millichap is the largest commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in real estate investment services with more than 1,700 investment sales and financing professionals in 80 offices in the US and Canada. Claire joined Marcus & Millichap in April 2014, bringing with her nearly 20 years of experience as a landlord rep and tenant rep. Transitioning to the investment side of the business has been a fruitful experience for Claire and she is enjoying working on transactions all over the United States. Claire was a member of CREW Detroit for over ten years, chaired several committees and served on the CREW Detroit Board of Directors for three years. After relocating to the Twin Cities, Claire joined MNCREW and served on that Board of Directors for six years and as Chapter President in 2014. Ms. Roberts’ passion for the CREW Network Foundation runs deep, serving on the former Grant Making Committee from 2004-2006 (Chair in 2006), as a Trustee from 2007-2009, as a Director from 2015-2016 and was inducted into the CREW Visionaries program in 2016.

Claire received her BBA from Cleary University (Ann Arbor, Mich.) and is a licensed broker in Mich. and Minn. Claire received the prestigious SIOR designation in 2003 and is currently a member of the SIOR Minnesota chapter board of directors and will become chapter President in 2018.

Of the several achievement awards and honors that Claire has received in her career, her most cherished award was received from the Detroit-based agency Alternatives for Girls, who awarded Claire with a Role Model Award for visionary leadership, professional accomplishments, and commitment to the Detroit area and for affirming the principles of AFG’s mission. Claire was also included in Midwest Real Estate News 2016 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame for her achievements and contributions to the industry.
