Holly Neber is CEO of AEI Consultants, an employee-owned international real property consulting firm providing environmental, property and facility assessments, zoning and energy efficiency consulting, site investigation and remediation, industrial hygiene and construction risk management services to those who own, develop, manage, and finance commercial real estate. With over 20 offices located across the US and internationally, AEI provides responsiveness and technical expertise to clients in various sectors of commercial real estate, including REITs; insurers; retail, multi-family and industrial developers; lending institutions; and government entities during acquisition, disposition, financing, and management of commercial real estate assets. As CEO, Holly guides AEI's growth and expansion strategy, builds AEI’s employee owner culture, and represents AEI in the industry by connecting directly with clients and participating in industry organizations.

Holly has been a member of CREW East Bay since 2009 and has held various positions within the chapter including serving as President (2014) and as a member of the Board of Directors. Holly was honored with the CREW East Bay President’s Award in 2016. CREW Network involvement prior to joining the CREW Network Board of Directors includes serving on the Nominating and Member Education Committees.

Holly also participates in various industry organizations and associations, including serving as Vice President of the National Engineering and Environmental Due Diligence Association (NEEDDA), and is active within the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA), Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) and Environmental Bankers Association (EBA).

Holly was named among RealShare’s California Women of Influence in 2015 and Bisnow’s Bay Area Power Women in 2016 and 2017. Holly holds a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas and a Masters of Education from Holy Names University. Holly has a passion for learning through reading and travel, and enjoys being outdoors hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, and kiteboarding.
