Jeanette Flory-Sagan is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Bentall Kennedy (U.S.) LP with responsibility for a portfolio of strategic assets within MEPT, a $10.6 billion open end, commingled fund of office, industrial, retail and multi-family assets totaling over 34 million sf. Bentall Kennedy, a Sun Life Investment Management company, is one of the largest global real estate investment advisors and one of North America's foremost providers of real estate services. Bentall Kennedy serves the interests of more than 550 institutional clients with expertise in office, retail, industrial and multi-residential assets throughout Canada and the U.S. Bentall Kennedy's Investment Management group has approximately $47.5 billion (CAD)/$35 billion (USD) of assets under management. Bentall Kennedy is one of the largest real estate services providers in Canada, managing 58 million sf on behalf of third-party and investment management clients. Bentall Kennedy is a member of UN PRI and a recognized Responsible Property Investing leader ranked among the top firms around the globe in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) for the sixth consecutive year since GRESB was launched.

In 1998, Jeanette was made the first female partner in the firm’s predecessor entity, Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel. She previously served on the boards of CREW Seattle and Sound and CREW-Miami as Secretary/Treasurer and Membership Director, respectively.  She is currently on the Membership Committee for CREW Washington DC. She was inducted into the CREW Visionaries program in 2007. 

Jeanette is a 2017 Real Estate Forum Woman of Influence. She is a member of the Industry Advisory Board for Virginia Tech’s undergraduate Real Estate Program. She previously served as Treasurer for the City of Coral Gables Business Improvement District. In 2016, she was recognized for her significant support of Autism Speaks Light It Up Blue event when she “lit” more buildings than anyone in the history of the organization. She has also been involved in the Georgetown Lombardi Women & Wine event, a fundraiser for breast cancer research, for the last six years, participating on the auction committee. Ms. Flory received a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Bowling Green State University. She is married and enjoys golf, reading, travel and spending time at her vacation getaway in Scottsdale, Ariz.
