Jackie Orcutt is a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Industrial & Logistics. She partners with First Vice President John Grady, specializing in institutional landlord and buyer representation, industrial and back office leasing and sales. Jackie brings a unique balance of management and brokerage experience, using a values-based approach to client relations and transactions. Her dedication and attention to detail allows her to exceed client expectations. A top industrial broker in the metro Phoenix market, Jackie has completed more than 13.7 million sq. ft. of transactions valued at over $679 million in the last seven years alone. Jackie was named as a top producer in the Phoenix CBRE office for 2018, and previously with Cushman & Wakefield, she was recognized as the firm's Rising Star at their national industrial conference in 2013.

A member of AZCREW since 2012, Jackie currently serves as past president and chair of the Legacy Committee. Prior to serving as chapter president in 2017, Jackie held various leadership positions including chair for the PR/Outreach and Membership Committees. She was also involved with CREW Network as a Nominating Committee member in 2017. Additionally, Jackie is actively involved with numerous other commercial real estate industry and business organizations, including NAIOP Arizona, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Urban Land Institute (ULI) Arizona, where she is active in the Partnership Forum program. 

Jackie was honored as one of Commercial Executive Magazine’s Top Seven Women in Power in 2017. In 2014, she was named to AZ Business Magazine’s list of Top 20 Most Influential Women in Arizona, and in 2013 was included in AZRE magazine’s 40 Under 40.  

She was a double major at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the W.P. Carey School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She lives in Phoenix and spends free time enjoying life with her three young children, and golfing, cooking, and drinking wine with her high school sweetheart and husband of 10 years, Michael.
