Mollie Fadule is Head of Affordable Housing at Katerra. Mollie leads Katerra’s Affordable Housing strategy. Mollie comes to Katerra with a broad range of experience in real estate and private equity having led acquisitions, development, dispositions and management of complex real estate transactions both domestically and internationally. Mollie is a co-founder and partner of Cephas Partners, a private equity firm specializing in alternative investments with a primary focus on real-estate related opportunities. Prior to founding Cephas Partners, Mollie was at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Mollie received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Science (biochemistry) from Harvard and is a board member of Urban Housing Ventures, a fund bringing an innovative financing structure to the affordable housing space, and Pallet Shelter, a social purpose corporation serving transitional shelter needs to the homeless and those impacted by natural disasters.

Mollie has held various leadership positions with CREW including CREW Seattle president and board member, and chair of the CREW Network Finance Committee. She is the founder of Fadule Properties, a board member of BN Corp, SA and advisory board member of Abstract Tokenization. Mollie has been recognized for several awards including the Seattle 40 under 40, NAIOP National Developing Leader Award and Bisnow Seattle Power Woman. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Harvard University where she was a member of the rowing and soccer team.

Mollie is a proud mother of three, avid skier and hiker and supporter of various non-profits serving incarcerated or formerly incarcerated women and promoting breast cancer awareness, research and support groups
