Connie Menor, Executive Vice President of Fort Family Investments, knows the value CREW members can bring to her projects. Over the last five years, she has developed seven multifamily projects in the Jacksonville area. Starting with a core team of three fellow CREW members, Menor turns to her local chapter whenever she needs additional services for construction projects as well as day-to-day operations. She continues to seek out and foster longstanding relationships that will offer future business and growth opportunities.

Menor’s first five multifamily developments changed the Baymeadows extension area, and the latest two are transforming Flagler Center/Bartram Park in South Jacksonville. The most current project, Palm Bay Club, brought 416 units to the growing area. With project development costs of more than $58 million, Duval County will receive more than $900,000 in annual property taxes.

This multifamily development features an amenity package unparalleled in the Jacksonville market, including a business center, theater, indoor/outdoor entertainment area with a catering kitchen, Pet Park with bone-shaped swimming pool and grooming station, and fitness center with climbing wall, boxing ring, and on-demand fitness classes.

Fort Family Investments has taken these projects from inception to completion in record time without sacrificing quality, allowing for a higher return on investment. The deals have cumulatively earned the team more than $1,750,000 in addition to significant recognition.
