CRE Programme Consultant
As a CRE Programme Consultant, Michelle is responsible for the administration and development of CREW UK by managing day-to-day activities that support governance, execute programmes, develop membership, and secure sponsorship/underwriting.
Prior to joining CREW Network, Michelle a project manager with the Capital Project Management team at Columbia University Medical Center (CUMC), where she managed planning and implementation efforts for major capital programs such as CUMC’s Revitalization Initiative, including new educational facilities for the College of Physicians and Surgeons, the School of Nursing and the expansion of Columbia Doctors throughout the metropolitan area.
Prior to her time at CUMC, Michelle was vice president at Bank of America within the Corporate Workplace retail division. There, she was responsible for the implementation of major renovations and branch consolidations within BofA’s domestic real estate portfolio. Cooper has also managed real estate initiatives for Gensler, JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers and The Guardian Life Insurance Company. Cooper has earned a Green Belt in Six Sigma and maintains a LEED certification.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Management from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University. She has served on the board of directors for AREW (now a part of CREW New York) and Rebuilding Together NYC.
