COVID-19 Protocol

We care deeply about our event participants and are committed to providing a safe environment for all.

In light of the rising number of COVID-19 cases globally, we are requiring all registered attendees, speakers and CREW Network staff to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test, taken within 72 hours of arrival at The Mirage, to participate in the convention. CREW Network will follow CDC guidelines and attendees will be required to follow mask mandates.

CREW Network has partnered with Crowdpass to manage the download of vaccination or negative test information. Crowdpass is a reputable company who adheres to privacy and HIPAA laws; CREW Network will only be presented with red or green indicators of proper submission of the required information for registrants.

Non-vaccinated participants must upload proof of any negative test (PCR, rapid) that has been administered by a healthcare professional - the uploaded proof must include the peson's name, the date/time of test and the name of the healthcare provider who administered the test.

This decision was made to ensure that all attendees can enjoy their convention experience as safely as possible. If neither of these two safety options is right for you, you have the option to attend virtually. Visit our FAQ page for policies on changing your registration; the deadline to change to the virtual format has been extended until Sept. 8 to allow more time for your consideration.

In addition:
  • We will adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines established by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, local health authorities and The Mirage. We will share any special protocols at our event with you as the date approaches.
  • Following CDC guidance and requirements set forth by the State of Nevada, masks are currently required in all inside public spaces in Nevada, regardless of vaccination status. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided. Seating will be spaced to respect guidelines for social distancing. We will also manage traffic flows to allow for recommended distancing.
  • You will also need to sign a waiver acknowledging the inherent risks associated with COVID-19 and agreeing to comply with these policies.
