The fall leadership summit brings together the top leaders across our network to learn from one another’s experiences, talk about successful leadership transitions, and hear an expert speaker talk about critical relationship building skills that will give you the business advantage.
Chapter delegates are required to participate, and all members are welcome to participate.
Includes a half-day DEI training with Mariama Boney, President and CEO of Achieve More, LLC
Aware, Woke, or Awake: Advancing Inclusive Networks Together
How do we honor ourselves and one another? Let’s discuss the real, below the surface culture shifts to growing representation, honor identity and intersectionality, and align behaviors to get results. Develop practices to help boards and volunteer leaders address diversity, equity, and inclusion barriers to recruitment and retention. We will openly discuss the perceptions of elitism and exclusivity that exist to isolate us so we can transform our level of curiosity and inquiry through dialogue. Enjoy a renewed passion and confidence to pursue the partnerships critical to chapter success. Now more than ever, we must integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion in all that we do for sustainable growth, care, compassion, as well as the “bottom line.”
