Registration fee - $2,500

Includes all three leadership classes as well as registration to all three CREW Network Leadership Summits. Registration for the CREW Network Convention and Marketplace is not included in this fee. Registration fees are nonrefundable. Participants are responsible for their travel and accommodations. Attendance at all three classes is mandatory to receive the Leadership Certificate.

All Leadership Certifiate - Session I and Winter Leadership Summit events will take place at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, unless otherwise noted. The single or double occupancy rate is $195 + tax (taxes are currently 12.05% but are subject to change). If calling, be sure to state you are with 2018 CREW Network Winter Leadership Summit to obtain the group rate.

This special room rate is available through Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, at 5 p.m. (Mountain), or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. Your patronage of the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort makes it possible to secure discounted room rates as well as meeting space for this event.

Session I - Leadership Connection

Instructor: Gloria Schuck, PhD, Lecturer, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management and Department of Urban Studies and Planning

Gloria SchuckDr. Schuck has taught management, organization theory and leadership at MIT’s Center for Real Estate for 32 years. Also, she is a coach to executives in the public and private sectors, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurial startups.

In this session you will acquire a deeper understanding of leadership and your on-going development. You will increase your self-awareness, and learn the importance of making authentic connections with people’s hearts and minds. You will:

  1. Reflect on your leadership style

  2. Recognize the unconscious signals you send

  3. Examine the mindsets that drive your behavior

  4. Create goals to develop your leadership capabilities
