CREW Network Foundation Chapter Challenge

The Challenges

1. Get 100% of your chapter’s board to give an individual donation
2. Get 50% of your chapter’s membership to give an individual donation*
3. Chapter gives an organizational donation minimum of $1,000 or more

The Rules

The Chapter Challenge giving period runs from November 1 to October 31—rather than by the calendar year—to ensure that your chapter’s Foundation donations with member renewals, new board member giving, and end-of-year member giving are counted in your Chapter Challenge totals.

Contributions for which an individual receives a benefit are excluded. This includes raffle ticket purchases, auction item purchases, and any other contributions for which the individual receives a tangible benefit.

*To calculate the 50% membership challenge, CREW Network Foundation shall use a chapter's final membership number from the year prior. For example, the 2021 challenge will use the membership numbers as of Dec. 31, 2020.

CREW Network Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions are deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Furthermore, CREW Network Foundation is classified as a public charity under section 509(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code. CREW Network Foundation’s tax ID number is 48-1201724.

CREW Network Foundation Canada is recognized by the Canada Revenue Agency as a charitable organization. Contributions to the Annual Canadian Scholarship fund may be deductible as charitable contributions by Canadian residents. CREW Network Foundation Canada's Canadian Charitable Registration number is 80096 0478 RR00001.
