FAQs


Will the sessions be recorded?

CREW Network will record the Council of delegates business meeting, leadership development session, and economic outlook session. The recordings will be posted in the CREWbiz Resource Center's Leadership Summits and Council Meetings folder by June 24.


What sessions can I register for?

How will I access the virtual sessions?

CREW Network will email links to your session(s) on June 17. Make sure your email provider allows emails from CREW Network  to ensure you receive this communication directly in your inbox. Download our safe sender instructions.

What if I have issues accessing the sessions when they are occurring?

Contact crewnetworkevents@crewnetwork.org for the fastest response. Staff at CREW Network's global headquarters will be monitoring this account in order to provide participants with the relevant link as quickly as possible.

What if the session I want to attend is full?

All sessions, except for the leadership meetings and networking happy hour, will be recorded and posted on CREWbiz so members can watch at a later time.

Will I be able to ask questions of the speaker?

All participants will be muted automatically to prevent background noise distraction. Questions will be handled via chat.

I don’t have a Zoom account. Will I be able to attend?

Yes, you can join a meeting using the Zoom mobile apps or desktop application without needing to create an account.
