Join a facilitated conversation to gain new ideas from peers, identify opportunities, and get solutions to your chapter’s challenges. Each session will be offered twice—from 2- 2:45 p.m. and 3-3:45 p.m. Bring your chapter board and committee chairs to cover discussions in each of the groups.

Chapter Marketing and Communications

Your members—and potential members—are exposed to thousands of marketing messages every day. Learn tips and tricks to make your chapter communications stand out and get noticed, resulting in increased visibility for your membership, events, programs and awards.

In this discussion, learn best practices, important timelines and tasks to keep your budget healthy and your chapter in good financial standing.

Member Recruitment

We have turned the calendar to a new year. How will your chapter meet its membership recruitment goal in 2020? Learn from chapters who have executed successful membership drives and exceeded new member goals.

Governance puts structure around your vision and guides you toward your chapter goals. We will discuss best practices for governance, including bylaws, policies and procedures, and strategic plans.

Small Chapters

Are you a chapter with 80 or less members? Share best practices and challenges with other small chapters. Take away ideas to kick start new or improve existing initiatives or programs in your chapter that don’t require a large budget or cadre of volunteers.
