The best part of CREW Network is the Network! It was terrific to participate in CREW Kansas City’s celebration and welcome of new members last night. The event highlighted the most important aspects of CREW Network: broadening our business network.
CREW Kansas City President Joy Coleman welcomed all attendees and encouraged them to participate and engage with the chapter to get the most out of their membership. And we know this is true for anyone who volunteers to help with a program, lead an event or handle a project tour—they build relationships and gain new contacts. Tonight was no exception as the room was buzzing with networking.

It was a great opportunity for me to recognize CREW Network staff member Chris Blair for her support as CREW Kansas City's chapter services coordinator. Chris epitomizes the positive attitude and can-do spirit of our team. I enjoyed sharing my story with CREW Kansas City members and encouraging them to open their minds to new opportunities through CREW Network and support our goals for CREW Careers and UCREW programs. We are building the pipeline of women in CRE with these programs.

CREW Kansas City is a small, but mighty chapter as they have been growing and expanding the chapter for the past two years. I was delighted to learn that their exclusive members-only events have been very successful and that they are launching a billboard campaign to promote women in commercial real estate. Fantastic!
Thanks KC. You rock!
