CREW Network Hosts HR Executives for Inclusion Session

October 23, 2020
Written by: CREW Network
HR leaders from across the commercial real estate industry participated in an inclusion session hosted by CREW Network and led by Dr. Nika White on Oct. 6.

As an exclusive benefit to our sponsor partners, CREW Network hosted a session on Oct. 6 to discuss ways to increase inclusion in commercial real estate companies. It is clear that diversity requires an inclusive culture first. Building and strengthening company culture requires a commitment, action, change and most importantly, accountability from top to bottom of the organization. While inclusion is not the exclusive purview of human resources professionals, it starts with conversation and education.

Speaker Dr. Nika White provided insight and practical tips for taking steps forward for organizations and brought the discussion full circle with her expert knowledge and experience helping organizations break barriers and integrate diversity into their business frameworks.

Companies with HR leaders participating:

  • Camden

  • CBRE

  • Cereus Asset Services

  • Kimley-Horn

  • LIGHTBOX

  • Marcus & Millichap

  • Northmarq

  • Remington Development

  • Transwestern

  • Ware Malcolmb
