Steve’s zest for life was only exceeded by his love for his family and friends. Steve lived life to the fullest and loved real estate; his gift for deal structuring was unmatched. He always chose to see the best in people. If asked to lend a hand, an ear or his heart, he would simply ask "when and where." Steve touched so many lives and his impact will live on forever.

Steve had over 35 years of real estate experience, including involvement in development, acquisitions, finance, dispositions and asset management. He worked with firms including Provident Realty Partners, Inc., Parmenter Realty Partners, Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, The Worthing Companies, IBEX Institutional Advisors, Lincoln Property Company and Salomon Brothers.
