Alyssa Dangler is a shareholder at Williams Mullen, a full-service law firm with approximately 240 attorneys in offices across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Washington D.C. With attorneys serving over 75 practices and industries, Williams Mullen represents local and international partners in matters from finance and real estate to intellectual property and cybersecurity.
Alyssa’s practice focuses on commercial and multifamily real estate and finance. She provides strategic, skilled counsel in the development and financing of affordable housing, including low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC). Alyssa represents clients nationwide on a variety of acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing matters, particularly in the hotel, retail, industrial, and office sectors. She has extensive experience working with financial institutions and creditors on asset-based, construction and syndicated loans. Her practice also includes navigating clients through the unique challenges of solar and wind technologies.

Alyssa has been a member of CREW Coastal Virginia for over ten years and served as its President in 2018. Alyssa received her Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School and her Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College. She is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Georgia, and the District of Columbia.
Alyssa resides in Virginia Beach with her husband Matt and son Easton. She enjoys boating, traveling, wine and spending time outside with her family.
