Hotel Rooms for Attendees 

All CREW Network event programming (except the CREW Network Foundation event and optional learning excursions) will be held at the Fairmont Austin, located at 101 Red River St., Austin, Texas 78701, USA.

Registration for the 2025 CREW Network Convention and Fall Leadership Summit opens in early June. Registrants will receive information on and access to reserve a room in the discounted CREW Network room block in their registration confirmation. This ensures the discounted rates in the room block remain available exclusively for registered attendees of the CREW Network programs being held at the venue.  

Starting in early June, discounted rooms at the Fairmont Austin can be booked for Oct. 4 – 11 by registered attendees. The discounted nightly rate of $289 USD (plus taxes & fees) will be available via the booking link in the registration confirmation email until Sept. 11 or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first.  

All hotel rates are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Please check current exchange rates for your local currency and USD to determine prices for hotel rooms.

Air Travel Information: Discounted Delta Airlines fares to Austin, Texas

CREW Network has partnered with Delta Airlines to offer discounts on flights to Austin, exclusively for CREW Network event attendees. Flights booked on Delta traveling to and from Austin between Sept. 29 and Oct. 16 using the link below may be eligible for up to a 10% discount. 

Please note: the discount amount offered is determined solely by Delta Airlines and is based on booking class selected and the originating location for the round-trip flights. Additionally, this discount provided to 2025 convention attendees is not valid with other discounts, or promotional offers.
