The Office Council will focus on topics, issues, and opportunities related to the office asset class. This includes, but is not limited to, brokerage, development, construction, title, and financing. Members will discuss emerging trends shaping the office landscape, including the widening performance gap between trophy and commodity buildings, hybrid work and space utilization, office-to-residential conversions, flight to quality, and rebuilding tenant demand in a still-recovering market.

The council is seeking additional participants in the following:
Regions: US Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Pacific Northwest, Northwest, UK, Canada, and Mexico
Specialties: Law, Title/Escrow, Finance

CREW Councils are small, intimate peer groups within CREW Network that enable members to develop relationships, exchange knowledge, and do business with each other. Councils expand upon and enhance your CREW membership and other professional networking and information resources, delivering the competitive advantage you need to maximize your business potential.

The annual council fee is USD $750 and payable with CREW membership dues. The fee covers in-person meeting expenses, administrative support, and the online community. The council meets once a year in-person in April and more frequently via Zoom.
