What is included in my convention registration fee?
2020 CREW Network Convention registration includes:
- Four general sessions
- Breakout sessions, mega sessions and conversation corners
- Marketplace and Welcome Reception
- Continental breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday
- Plated lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
- Access to the Wellness Lounge
- Access to the Professional Headshot Lounge

What is the refund policy?
All requests for convention cancellations are subject to a $75 USD administrative fee and must be submitted to CREW Network in writing by Aug. 31, 2020. No refunds will be issued after Aug. 31, 2020. Please send requests by email to email@example.com.
Additional Events/Activities (pre-convention workshops, learning excursions, CREW Network Foundation party) – Additional event/activity fees are nonrefundable unless the activity is canceled. Please note that a minimum number of participants is required for some activities to operate. External factors may also contribute to the cancellation of an activity. A bulletin board will be located onsite near the registration area where registrations for spots in additional activities/events can be traded or sold, but trading and selling is not facilitated by the CREW Network staff and is the responsibility of the individual.
Substitutions are allowed for the convention in its entirety but are not permitted for individual educational sessions. Substitutions may be requested via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or at the onsite registration desk. If applicable, differences in registration rates (member/nonmember) must be paid prior to or at the event.
What is the recommended attire?
Business casual attire is recommended during the convention. Session rooms are often cool, and attendees are advised to dress in layers. Comfortable walking shoes are a must for offsite tours and learning excursions. "Boots and bling" is encouraged for the CREW Network Foundation fundraising event.
What is the attendee list and photography policy?
By registering for this event, you are giving CREW Network permission to include your name, employer and CREW Network chapter affiliation (if applicable) on attendee lists. Please note that CREW Network does not sell attendee contact information to any third party. In addition, by virtue of attending the event, CREW Network has permission to use any photos, videos, or images captured onsite for future promotional purposes. Due to privacy regulations, if you are a resident of the UK or EU and would not like to be photographed, please contact Laura Lewis at LauraL@crewnetwork.org.
Can I download an attendee list?
No. CREW Network is responsible for the privacy of personal data for our 12,000+ members, and this is a priority for our organization. To protect our attendees and prevent the distribution of contact information for bulk emails and electronic spamming, CREW Network does not allow the attendee list to be downloaded. CREW Network members may access full contact information via CREWbiz by clicking on the name of any member attendee, or you can use the CREW Network Events App to connect and browse through the list of fellow attendees.

The Learning Excursion I want to sign up for is full. Is there a waiting list?
CREW Network does not have waiting lists, however we encourage participants whose plans have changed to post their spots on CREWbiz or other CREW Network social media platforms, to sell/trade them with one another prior to the event. If a connection is made prior to Sept. 9, the initial purchaser can email email@example.com with the other party copied, and CREW Network staff will edit the name on the roster. Otherwise, trading/selling can still occur onsite and a Connection Card can be filled out and posted to the bulletin board. (Connection Cards and bulletin board are located near registrationection.)
I want to make sure I'm able to stay at the convention venue hotel. Can I make a reservation before my registration?
Convention registration is required to make a hotel room reservation at the convention venue hotel. To ensure that every attendee has an opportunity to reserve a room and to minimize attrition costs, you must be registered for the event in order to make a hotel room reservation in our room block. Once you register for the CREW Network Convention, you will receive a link to the Fairmont Austin online reservation service in your confirmation email from CREW Network. The hotel rooming list will be monitored by CREW Network to make sure only registrants are holding rooms. Any room reservations within the CREW Network room block unaccompanied by a registration may be subject to cancellation.
I can only attend parts of the convention. Do you have a registration option for just Wednesday or Thursday?
No. We want participants to experience the entire convention, so we encourage people to block off both days to fully participate in all of the sessions and experiences.
My company is paying my registration fee via check. How do I register for a Learning Excursion now?
Learning Excursions are planned for event participants, so in order to ensure only registrants are signing up for the limited space on the excursions, CREW Network requires the convention registration to be processed first. If excursion fees will also be paid via check, please include both checks with your registration form. If you plan to register and pay for the excursions online, watch for a confirmation email which is sent immediately after your registration payment has been received and your registration entered by CREW Network Staff. At that point, you will be able to register for the desired learning excursions online: login to My Account, and select the My Events tab. Click “Update” next to the convention event and follow the prompts
My chapter/company has given me a scholarship to pay for the convention registration. How do I use it?
Your chapter/company will need to submit payment for your registration, or they may expect you to register and request reimbursement. Please check with the appropriate chapter/company contact to confirm this process.
I need to register multiple people for the convention. Do I have to do them individually?
No. There are options for multiple persons to be registered in one transaction, depending on whether the payment will be made via credit card (online) or via check (mail PDF form).
Credit card payments
Online registration allows for up to 15 people to be registered in one transaction. Follow the prompts to select the first person's fees, answer dietary/ADA questions and you will see an "Add Registrant" button which can be clicked to select from existing records in the CREW Network database or to add a record to the CREW Network database. Select the appropriate registration fees and sessions, answer questions and either continue adding more individuals or go to the checkout to pay. View this video for more help.

I want to register for convention, but I don't know my password. Should I create a new record?
No. First try the forgot password tool and enter in any email addresses you might have used previously to see if you have an existing account. Login instructions will be emailed to that account if you have a record. If there is no existing account, you should follow the prompts to create a new account.
I know I have an account and a password, but the email is an old email which I cannot access. Who can help me?

I registered for convention, but I cannot find my receipt. Can I access it online?
Yes! Download and print your CREW receipts via your account page under My Transactions > Closed Invoices.
