The CREW Network Leadership Certificate program features year-long specialized leadership development, industry training and mentorship. This program is an invaluable investment in you and your career.

The Leadership Certificate program features:

• Expert instructors from Harvard, MIT, and Yale that teach leading principles in leadership, organizational management and negotiations

• A small group setting (cohort of approximately 60) that enables discussion and exchange that enhances the learning process

• Networking opportunities to build your business connections throughout the program

• Knowledge and content that increases your business capabilities, leadership skills and management tools

An important note about the 2025 program:

CREW Network will launch a new robust, career-spanning leadership development program in 2026. This new initiative will provide a comprehensive approach to leadership development designed according to sound adult learning principles with both in-person and virtual learning, synchronous and asynchronous learning formats, personalized assessments, and benchmarks of accomplishment along the way.

Because of this new initiative, the existing Leadership Certificate Program will be offered one final time in 2025. If you have considered participating in this program in its current format, 2025 will be your last opportunity.

Beginning in 2026, the content that has been covered in our existing Leadership Certificate program will be incorporated as part of the new leadership development program.
