Registrant FAQS

Where do I make my hotel reservations?

As they become available, CREW Network's group rate reservation links will be added to the Hotel and Leadership Summit page.


Do I need to register for each Leadership Summit?

By joining the Leadership Certificate program your registration fees for all three CREW Network Leadership Summits are waived. If you plan to attend a Leadership Summit, you will need to register for each event.  More information as well as registration links will be added to the Hotel and Leadership Summit page as they become available.


What is the recommended attire?

Business casual attire is recommended. Session rooms are often cool, and attendees are advised to dress in layers.


Where do I mail my check?

Make checks payable to: CREW Network, 1201 Wakarusa Dr Ste D, Lawrence, KS 66049.


What is the refund policy?

The entire fee is nonrefundable and is required to be paid by Dec. 20, 2019.

Substitutions are allowed for the program in its entirety but are not permitted for individual sessions. Substitutions may be requested via email to crewnetworkevents@crewnetwork.org by Dec. 20, 2019.


What is the attendee list and photography policy?

By registering for this program, you are giving CREW Network permission to include your name, employer and CREW Network membership affiliation on attendee lists. Please note that CREW Network does not sell attendee contact information to any third party. In addition, by virtue of attending the program, CREW Network has permission to use any photos, videos, or images captured onsite for future promotional purposes. Due to new privacy regulations, if you are a resident of the UK or EU and would not like to be photographed, please contact Laura Lewis at laural@crewnetwork.org.


I want to register, but I don't know my password. Should I create a new record?

No, all members have an account. First try the forgot password tool and enter in any email addresses you might have used previously to see if you have an existing account. Login instructions will be emailed to that account . If you cannot access the alternate email address or need assistance, please call the CREW Network headquarters at +1 (785) 832-1808 or email crewnetworkevents@crewnetwork.org for assistance.


I know I have an account and a password, but the email is an old email which I cannot access. Who can help me?

I registered, but I cannot find my receipt. Can I access it online?

Yes! Download and print your CREW receipts via your account page under My Transactions > Closed Invoices.


Does CREW Network offer hotel bookings, airport transportation or other similar services?

No. Be aware of unauthorized vendors. CREW Network will never contact you to offer hotel bookings, airport transportation or other similar services. Please be aware of scams where someone calls or emails acting as a lodging coordinator or travel partner. All hotel reservations are to be made directly via the meeting registration link we send you or post on our website, or by contacting a member of the CREW Network staff. If you have questions about any unauthorized solicitation, please contact our staff at at +1 (785) 832-1808 or email crewnetworkevents@crewnetwork.org for assistance.
