Roll up your sleeves and get ready to really understand who you are and how you operate as a human, colleague, and manager. Attendees will complete an online assessment which will provide a comprehensive report detailing their personality style and how it fits with others. The instructor will provide deep insight into the assessment reports to enable participants to become self-aware and mindful of their impact in the workplace—as well as home.
Each of us has a unique way of showing up in the world. By understanding our natural way of being with others and their personality traits, we can learn how to:
- Collaborate more effectively
- Listen more deeply
- Build relationships more productively
- Influence more thoughtfully
- Lead more intentionally
If you were a bird, what kind of bird would you be?
Through this assessment and training, you will learn how your personality traits complement and compete with others. The assessment relates profiles to bird types to make it fun and accessible. Once you understand your “bird style” you’ll have an epiphany about the relationships you have at work and home.
Attendee Mindset:
This session creates self-awareness about your personality and style with straightforward data points. There is no right or wrong—only what is. Once you understand how you show up, you can leverage it to be most effective in every setting.
This training is especially impactful for teams. Bring your entire chapter board to learn as a team how your style influences your leadership, contributes to the board, and meshes with one another.
This exercise is an enlightening opportunity a board (or any team) can learn from to become more unified, respectful, appreciative, and effective. You will find a common language with the training and a mutual understanding and appreciation about yourself and for your team.
