Launched in 2023, CREW Network’s quarterly research series, CREW View: CRE Women Speak, provides the commercial real estate industry and media with data and insights into women’s sentiments and perspectives on CRE trends, business, and issues. The reports focus on important topics such as economic expectations, growth drivers, and the challenges companies face while navigating shifts in the industry.

The percentage of women who found dealmaking more difficult increased to 66%, a 10% rise from Q2 of the previous year. In addition, 61% of women said their companies are very supportive of their professional development and growth
