CREW Network Elects 2023 Board of Directors
Williams Mullen Partner Alyssa Dangler to lead global board
Lawrence, Kansas, USA – Six commercial real estate leaders have been elected to the 2023 CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network Board of Directors, which will be led by Alyssa Dangler, Partner with Williams Mullen, a full-service law firm with offices across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Washington D.C. The new leaders were introduced Sept. 23 at the 2022 CREW Network Convention in Chicago, Illinois.
Dangler’s practice focuses on commercial and multifamily real estate and finance. She provides strategic, skilled counsel in the development and financing of affordable housing, including low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC). She has been a member of CREW Coastal Virginia for more than a decade, serving as president in 2018, and was later elected to a CREW Network global board term in 2020-21.

Whitt has more than 20 years of experience leading CRE firms and currently has more than 600 million square feet under management. She served on the CREW Network board for the 2019-20 term and has been recognized for her industry leadership by numerous organizations. Her more recent honors include CREW Network’s Distinguished Leader and Catalyst awards.
Elena M. Cutshall

CREW Austin
Cutshall is a client advocate and relationship steward, project leader, and strategist. Her project experience includes workplace design for corporate headquarters, law firms, and technology companies, as well as multifamily work. Cutshall was CREW Austin President in 2021 and has served on the CREW Network Member Education and Industry Research committees.
Cindy MacMillan

MacMillan has nearly two decades of CRE experience with a background in finance, leasing, and asset management. She is the Investment team lead for Grosvenor’s 7.9-acre, transit-oriented development sites delivering 3 million sq. ft. of mixed-use rental and commercial property in Burnaby and Vancouver, British Columbia. MacMillan has been a member of CREW Vancouver for more than 10 years, serving on the board from 2017-21, as President in 2019, and a CREW Network Foundation Chapter Champion in 2021.
Barbara Oddo

Oddo is a CRE veteran and industry leader with more than 35 years of proven experience in asset operations. She is currently responsible for oversight of Tishman Speyer’s Boston portfolio. Oddo has been an active member of CREW Boston for more than 15 years, and has served on numerous committees including as chapter president for the 2018-19 term. Recent honors include the CREW Boston Networking Award, Globe Street Woman of Influence, Boston Bisnow Power Woman and NE Banking Magazine Woman of FIRE.
Leslie Teskey

Specializing in tenant advisory services, Teskey guides the Cresa Indianapolis office in its strategic direction, employee and client satisfactions and supervising its operations. She has been a member of IndyCREW since joining the industry in 2008, serving on the board of directors from 2014-17 and as President in 2016. She also served as a CREW Network Foundation Champion Director from 2018-19.
