Pauline Hale is a Senior Manager in the Global Advisory practice at Altus Group. Altus Group, headquartered in Toronto, Canada, is a global leader in software, data solutions and technology-enabled expert services for the commercial real estate industry, with offices globally. In the U.S., Altus Group's Advisory practice is the leading valuation management provider built upon powerful data analytics including portfolio benchmarking and performance attribution.

Pauline has more than 25 years of varied commercial real estate industry experience. In addition to her 17 years at Altus Group and their predecessor firm, PwC, she held management positions at KBS Realty Advisors, and CBRE. At Altus Group, Pauline has managed engagement teams for a variety of clients with investments in most commercial asset types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, student and senior housing, self-storage and datacenters. Most recently, she launched, and now leads a shared services team of 8 professionals (and growing) dedicated to special projects and best practices across the global advisory team. She is also the main media/communications contact for the advisory group handling interview and article requests from media outlets.

Pauline has a BA in Business Finance from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from Long Beach State. She has achieved the MAI, MRICS and CCIM designations, and is a certified general real estate appraiser in 10 states. Pauline is a graduate of the 2018 CREW Network Leadership Certificate cohort and is an inaugural member of the CREW Network Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Task Force. She previously served on the Industry Research and Finance committees and is the Philanthropy Chair and member of the CREW Orange County board of directors. Outside of her work with CREW, Pauline is on the Orange County Advisory Council for Chrysalis, a non-profit dedicated to changing lives through jobs, and sits on the board of some regional LGBTQIA+ organizations.
