CREW Network Elects 2025 Board of Directors

Lawrence, Kansas, USA – Four commercial real estate leaders have been elected to the 2025 CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network board of directors, which will be led by Cindy MacMillan, Vice President, Asset Management at Grosvenor, and a member of CREW Vancouver (pictured below). The new leaders joining the board in 2025 were announced on Sept. 27 at the 2024 CREW Network Convention in Vancouver, British Columbia.

President-Elect of CREW Network for 2025 will be Leslie Teskey, Managing Principal/Tenant Representative, Cresa. Specializing in occupier advisory services, Teskey, an IndyCREW member, provides strategic real estate solutions to ensure that her clients' business, operational, and financial objectives are met.

Cindy has extensive experience in commercial transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, and dispositions, providing practical solutions for real estate projects. She has represented developers, investors, and governmental entities in a wide range of asset classes, complex title issues, and notable transactions, including the $563.5 million transfer of affordable housing communities in Florida.

Kamps is the CFO of Keeley Capital, managing family office services for multiple generations of the Keeley Family while also serving as their financial quarterback. She collaborates closely with the Presidents and CFOs of Keeley operating companies on financial strategy, leads the company's M&A platform, and provides leadership for the family’s investment portfolio.

Sara Terry is the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Leasing at Pacific Elm Properties, responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing and leasing strategy. With 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, she previously led the Office Agency Leasing group at Colliers' Dallas-Fort Worth office, expanding its footprint by over 8.5 million square feet in less than three years.

Based in the Newark, New Jersey office, Mazawey specializes in commercial real estate, land use, and construction law, and is a member of multiple practice groups at her firm.
