Marsha Womack

Director (2024-2025)

Marsha Womack is First Vice President, Director of Retail Banking for Citizens Trust Bank. Founded in 1921, Citizens Trust Bank had three main goals: to promote financial stability and business development, to stress the principles of thrift, and to make home ownership possible to a larger number of people. CTB was the first African American owned bank in the United States to join the Federal Reserve in 1936 and continues to be a leader in MDI space. It is ranked number three in the country. Marsha manages the planning, development, implementation, production and administration of all phases of Retail Banking, which includes small business and commercial lending clients. Marsha has over twenty-two years of experience in the financial services industry.

Marsha is the 2023 President of BirminghamCREW and has been a member of the chapter since 2018, first as a volunteer with the Programs Committee followed by serving on its Board of Directors as Treasurer for two years. In 2022, Marsha served as BirminghamCREW President Elect and Chapter Champion, helping secure the first back-to-back Trifecta reach in the organization’s history. Always active in the community, Marsha has worked with many civic and nonprofit organizations throughout the greater Birmingham area. Marsha currently serves on the executive board of directors for YouthServe Inc, where she chairs the finance committee and serves as treasurer. She is also a member of Forum Women Group and Kiwanis Club of Birmingham. Marsha earned her B.S from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Marsha lives in Birmingham, Alabama with her husband Charmonix, a Maritime Pilot with Ingram Barge. She enjoys cooking and baking, competitive gaming, and traveling with her husband and their four children.
