CREW Network Foundation has two exciting volunteer opportunities reserved for our Canadian members. Please read the following information carefully and select the opportunities that works best for you.

In 2026, CREW Network will launch a Canadian Scholarship Selection Committee to review Canadian applications in a separate scholarship pool funded by CREW Network Foundation Canada. Committee applications will open Aug. 14, 2025 in tandem with other 2026 CREW Network committees.
Committee Charge:
The CREW Network Foundation Canadian Scholarship Selection Committee is responsible for selecting recipients of the CREW Network Foundation Canada scholarships each year. This committee will work closely with the CREW Network Foundation Programs Manager to review and score Canadian scholarship applications. The term of service will be one year, from January through December. Most of the work is done between February and early June. This committee opportunity is reserved for our Canadian members of CREW.

Application period: Aug. 14 – Sept. 30, 2025
First monthly call: March 2026
Introduction to review software: April 2026
Scholarship Application review: April–May 2026
Scholarship selection/wrap up call: May/June 2026
In this one-time commitment, Canadian members are invited to serve in a four-month long advisory role to review the Canadian scholarship criteria and eligibility and assess future scholarship funding.
Advisory Group Charge:
The Scholarship Advisory Group is responsible for helping establish the new Canadian scholarship process for 2026. This will include evaluating scholarship criteria, examining CREW Network Foundation Canada’s financials to determine the number of scholarship awards in 2026, and encouraging donations from Canadian chapters and members to maximize scholarship support.
Advisory group members must attend at least two calls and respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner via email. The term of service will be four months, from Sept. 1 to Dec. 31, 2025. This volunteer opportunity is reserved for our Canadian members of CREW. There is no application process, but those wishing to serve must register using this form.
