Marie McLucas

Marie McLucas is the Chief Financial Officer for Primax Properties, a real estate development and investment company focused on repetitive retail and commercial projects, nationwide, for end-user tenants. Marie oversees all financial, administrative, human resource, technology and management functions for the organization and is actively involved in the company’s strategic planning. Marie has been instrumental in the successful completion of over 925 projects in 36 different states. During the last twelve months, Marie has negotiated and closed over $ 100 million in capital or debt transactions. Marie has been directly involved in transactions which, from a purely financial perspective, approach or exceed $1 billion in investment value.

Marie has been a member of CREW Charlotte since 2010, serving as its President in 2016. Marie served on the CREW Network Foundation board for the 2020-2021 term and currently co-chairs the CFO Council. She has been recognized for her industry leadership by numerous organizations including GlobeSt’s Women of Influence, Charlotte Business Journal, and Connect Media. Marie chairs the Girl Scouts and American Cancer Society boards for the Charlotte area.

Marie earned her accounting degree in 1986 from North Carolina State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She lives in the Charlotte area with her husband Chuck, and they enjoy fishing, golf, and trail riding and their five granddaughters.
