Who Can Join


Professional at-large members must be currently employed in a full-time professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in one or more of CREW Network's Qualified Fields of Commercial Real Estate (QFCRE). If in the U.S. or Canada, the individual shall not be located in a geographic area where there is an existing chapter or organization that would otherwise qualify for membership in CREW Network. Membership is open to both women and men.

How to Apply

Request two letters of reference. These letters must be written by clients, employers, partners or associates who confirm your professional responsibilities and the number of years of involvement in commercial real estate. At least one of the letters should be written by an individual who is not employed by your employer. Reference letter template »

Complete the CREW Network professional at-large membership application with your contact information reasons for interest in membership with CREW Network.

  • You will be required to upload the files mentioned in steps 1 & 2

  • You will be asked to provide credit card information to pay the $25 USD application fee

You will receive a confirmation once the application has been submitted and be notified of your membership status within 30 days of application. Once approved, you will be billed for annual membership dues ($210 USD or $120 USD if approved after July 1).

CREW Network membership expires annually on Dec. 31. Requisite dues are assessed annually and are non-transferrable between individuals and are non-refundable. Payments to CREW Network and its member organizations for membership dues, event registrations, sponsorship, and other services are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible as a business expense. Please consult your tax advisor.
