Colliers International Vice President Claire Roberts to lead Foundation board
Lawrence, Kansas, USA (Nov.23, 2021) – Five commercial real estate leaders have been appointed to the 2022 CREW Network Foundation board of directors, which will be led by Claire Roberts, Vice President, Colliers International.
“CREW Network Foundation is transforming the future of commercial real estate by funding college scholarships, career outreach programs, and important industry research that advances women,” Roberts said. “Year after year, the Foundation’s success and reach continues to grow, and the impact is life-changing for many. I am honored to lead this board of dedicated women in CRE, and to guide our continued success in 2022.”
As a Vice President for Colliers International | Minnesota, Claire is an experienced and highly regarded office broker with a demonstrated history of success in the commercial real estate industry. Roberts, a member of the MNCREW chapter, is a CREW Visionary and has served on the MNCREW Board and well as CREW Network Board of Directors.

Barbero-Buffa is a partner and Vice-President of Business Development for BASE Consultants, Inc., a highly-qualified minority and woman owned structural engineering and construction management firm with the experience of a large corporation and the accessibility and responsiveness of a smaller firm. She is President-Elect and past Treasurer and Secretary of CREW Orlando, and serves on the CREW Network Finance Committee.
Kroskie has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, with 14 of those working on the Microsoft Campus, first as a vendor and now as a Sr. Development Manager. She is a member of CREW Seattle, and has served on the Foundation Committee, including as co-chair.
Yesenia Marili Smith

Marili Smith oversees all marketing, advertising, public relations and market research for Transwestern’s San Antonio office. She has served on CREW San Antonio’s Board of Directors in numerous roles including President, and President Elect. She is currently serving as Past President.

Mazawey is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate, Redevelopment Environmental Law, Construction Law Litigation and Education Law Practice Groups. She practices in the areas of commercial real estate, land use and construction law. She has served on the CREW NJ board of directors in numerous roles including President and President Elect, and on CREW Network committees.
