Leslie Teskey

Leslie Teskey is Managing Principal at Cresa, the world’s only global commercial real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents occupiers and specializes in the delivery of fully integrated real estate solutions. As Managing Principal, Leslie guides the Indianapolis office in its strategic direction, employee and client satisfactions and supervising its operations. Since joining Cresa in 2008, Leslie has focused on providing strategic real estate advisory services to occupiers on both a local and national basis. Her transaction history comprises a broad range of industries including life sciences, technology, industrial, financial, legal, creative, insurance, healthcare, not-for-profit, government, and education. Specializing in tenant advisory services, she provides strategic real estate solutions to ensure that her clients business, operational and financial objectives are met.

Leslie has been a member of IndyCREW since joining the industry in 2008, serving on its Board of Directors from 2014-2017 and as President in 2016. She chaired the IndyCREW Marketing Committee in 2013 and 2018, is currently on the CREW Network Committee, and previously served as a CREW Network Foundation Champion Director from 2018-2019. In 2016 she was awarded the IndyCREW Donna Hovey Award for her vision, dedication, and enthusiasm to her chapter. Leslie currently serves on the board of directors for the Carmel Education Foundation, where she chairs one of their largest annual fundraising events. Leslie earned her B.A from the University of Dayton where she also ran Division 1 Women’s Cross-Country and Track.

Leslie lives in Carmel, Indiana with her husband Dan, her twin teenagers, Ainsley and Abigail, and their two little pups, Bosco and Sparky. She is an avid distance runner, loves good food and wine and cheering for the Indianapolis Colts!
