Brooke Massey

With over 15 years of experience in learning and development, Brooke is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that meet professionals where they are and help them grow into where they want to be. Her career has been rooted in the non-profit and association space, where she has had the privilege of supporting mission-driven organizations and the people who power them. Brooke believes learning should be accessible, engaging, and transformative, and is energized by the opportunity to make that happen every day.

Outside of work, Brooke is all about quality time with family and friends, soaking up the sun at the beach when she can get there, and enjoying a really good glass of wine. She leads the Art Adventures program at the local elementary school and coaches little aspiring cheerleaders. Her family is based in Central Illinois, where she and her husband spend their non-work hours chasing after two kids, enjoying all the things, cheering for their favorite sports teams, and counting down the days to their next travel adventure.
