Karen Gaub serves as Member Services Manager at CREW Network, bringing more than 15 years of experience in member services, operations, and bringing people together to make things work better. 

She is passionate about supporting women and creating spaces where they can connect, grow, lead, and genuinely thrive. Karen believes the best work takes head, heart, and hustle - thoughtful strategy, genuine connection, and the drive to turn good intentions into meaningful action. That's why the mission of CREW Network feels deeply personal to her. 

Based in Ohio, Karen loves spending time with her husband and son - especially when it involves getting outside, exploring National Parks, playing board games, building LEGO's, or even finding a little adventure close to home. She's a big believer in fresh air, good people, lots of laughter, and finding joy in the little things.
