Sharon Rabie

Sharon Rabie, CPA is a finance leader with more than 15 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvement across a variety of industries, including SaaS, fintech, nonprofit, retail, automotive, and professional services. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes, and support strategic growth.  

Most recently, Sharon has served in senior finance leadership roles, where she has led multinational reporting, process automation, compliance, audit management, and team development initiatives. She is passionate about building efficient systems, mentoring others, and using financial insights to drive better business decisions. 

Originally from South Africa and now living in Regina, Saskatchewan, Sharon enjoys spending time outdoors camping, scuba diving, and exploring new adventures with her husband, two daughters, and two Yorkies. When she's not working with numbers, you'll likely find her baking something delicious for family and friends.
