Gayle Bourdeau

Gayle Bourdeau is Vice President/Senior Underwriting Counsel for national title agent, Land Services USA, LLC. Gayle underwrites and closes local and national commercial real estate transactions with a strong focus on complex, multi-site, multi-State portfolio transactions. She also focuses on business development. She has over twenty five years of experience in the title insurance industry.

Outside of the commercial real estate industry, Gayle is an active volunteer in the greater Boston community with The Junior League of Boston (JL Boston). She has held many leadership positions within JL Boston, including serving on its Board of Directors as Director of Nominating. Gayle is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, MA and received her Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School in Wilmington, DE.
 
Bourdeau has been involved in CREW for over 20 years, both at a local chapter and global levels:

• Has served on many CREW Network committees including CREW Network Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee, Finance Committee, and the Nominating Committee.

• Received the 2016 CREW Boston Achievement Award-Esprit de Coeur

• Previously served on CREW Boston Board of Directors as President Elect, President, Past President, Delegate, and Secretary.

• Is a CREW Network Foundation Visionary

• Served on the CREW Network Foundation Leadership 2015 – 2016

• Served on the CREW Network Board of Directors 2017 - 2018
