Learn what it takes to be a Gold Standard Chapter 

The CREW Network Gold Standard Playbook was developed as a guide for CREW Network chapters to strive for excellence and be considered the “best of the best.” The playbook is comprised of multiple InBrief documents that provide a summary of how chapter committees should operate. Each InBrief provides a description of the committee, the goals, the structure, and an annual calendar of operations. The playbook will also provide a checklist for chapter operations.  

In this CLSS session, the new playbook will be presented, and a high-level overview will be provided of each InBrief: board operations, committee leadership, finance committee, membership committee, sponsorship committee, events/programs committee, and communications committee. Presenters will also share the judging criteria for the award and timeline for submissions. Chapters will have all of 2025 to prepare their submission, and the inaugural award will be presented at the 2026 CREW Network Convention in Miami, Florida.
