Safety and Release of Liability

By registering for and attending a CREW Network in-person event and any activities related to that event that are offered by CREW Network, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including bodily injury, illness (including exposure to communicable diseases such as COVID-19), death, property damage or other harm. You assume all such risks, known and unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, its chapters, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and their respective successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, losses and causes of action arising out of or related to your attendance or participation, including but not limited to any act, omission, or negligence of any Released Party or third party.

If the event occurs in Canada, any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the relevant province and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Otherwise, U.S. law will apply.
