Scholarship Selection Committee

Committee Charge

The CREW Network Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee is responsible for recommending scholarship finalists each year. This committee will work closely with the CREW Network Foundation Programs Manager to review and score scholarship applications (excluding Canadian applications, which will be reviewed by the Canadian Scholarship Selection Committee). The term of service will be one year, from January through December. The majority of work is done between February and early June. In addition to committee applicants, each member of  the Founders Row (formerly scholarship endowment founders) has one (1) seat on the committee. The seat is reserved for the individual donor or may be an appointed individual.

Timeline:

• First monthly call: March

• Introduction to review software: April

• Scholarship Application review: April–May 

• Scholarship selection/wrap up call: May/June
