LightBox 2025 CREW Network CRE Pledge for Action Initiatives

LightBox is proud to be one of the signatories of CREW Network’s CRE Pledge for Action in its ongoing commitment to initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our industry. Our 2025 efforts centered around our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), anchored by the Women’s Inspiration Network (WIN), as well as our Developing Leaders Mentorship Program. Both efforts focus on gaining practical skills, visible sponsorship, and stronger networks for women across LightBox and the broader CRE ecosystem.

The LightBox Women’s Inspiration Network (WIN)

Through our Women’s Inspiration Network, our flagship ERG, we hosted a series of growth workshops this year that focused on building resilience and adapting to change in an ever-evolving world. These sessions inspired both personal and professional development, helping women learn strategies to manage anxiety, embrace change with confidence, and strengthen their leadership skills. By investing in women’s growth, we are not only cultivating strong leaders within our company but also empowering them to make a meaningful impact in their local communities. Together with CREW, we are driving progress, breaking barriers, and building a more inclusive future.

In parallel, our DEI Employee Sponsor, Marguerite Kisslring, leads a weekly company-wide Leadership Article Club. This initiative engages women across all levels of the organization in discussions on contemporary leadership themes, including resilience, psychological safety, and bridging generational differences. The forum provides a platform for participants to deepen their leadership knowledge, build cross-functional relationships, and apply new strategies in the workplace. As a result of these important initiatives, mentorship and sponsorship relationships have developed organically across LightBox. These relationships have strengthened women’s leadership capacity, expanded professional networks, and contributed to a more inclusive organizational culture.

Cross-ERG Collaboration

Building on the success of WIN, LightBox launched four other ERGs:

  • POC (People of Color)

  • AAPI (Asian American & Pacific Islander)

  • SOAR (Support, Overcome, Accept, Restore)

  • RIOT (Rainbow Innovators of Tech)

These groups are a safe place for employees across the company to connect with and learn from one another and enable candid conversations about the unique challenges faced in each area of focus.

As evidence of LightBox’s cohesive commitment toward furthering DEI, these ERGs partner with each other to co-host panels on timely topics like psychological safety, inclusive teaming, and early-career navigation.

Developing Leaders Mentorship Program (Year 7)

Now in its seventh year with 100+ alumni, the Developing Leaders program pairs rising professionals, many of them women, with senior mentors across business and technical disciplines. The eight-month curriculum combines: 1:1 mentorship and sponsor exposure to senior leadership; workshops on business development, client communication, and personal brand building; and a hands-on experience of designing and delivering an effective Elevator Pitch. Alumni report stronger internal networks, clear growth plans, and increased confidence presenting to executives and clients, outcomes that directly support advancement for women and other underrepresented groups.

Our Partnership with CREW Network

LightBox colleagues are active in CREW chapters nationwide, and we routinely invite CREW Network leaders to speak at our workshops and industry panels, reinforcing the loop between our internal programs and industry-wide advocacy for women in CRE.
