CFO and COO Council
This council is made up of individuals who are Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs), or hold similar executive roles.
The CFO and COO Council will focus on topics, issues, and opportunities related to the far-reaching and rapidly evolving role of the modern CFO and COO in commercial real estate. This includes financial strategy, compliance and reporting, risk management, operational efficiency, technology implementation, and human resources. Members will discuss emerging trends shaping CRE finance and operations, including higher-for-longer interest rates, refinancing and capital access pressures, cybersecurity and data governance risks, automation and proptech adoption, and evolving sustainability and regulatory reporting requirements.
This council is for CFOs, COOs, and those in equivalent executive roles, representing a range of asset classes, regions, and industry specialties.
The council is seeking additional participants in the following:
Regions: US Northeast, Midwest, West, UK, Mexico, and Canada regions
Specialties: Finance, Asset Management, REITS, and Brokerage
CREW Councils are small, intimate peer groups within CREW Network that enable members to develop relationships, exchange knowledge, and do business with each other. Councils expand upon and enhance your CREW membership and other professional networking and information resources, delivering the competitive advantage you need to maximize your business potential.
The annual council fee is USD $750 and payable with CREW membership dues. The fee covers in-person meeting expenses, administrative support, and the online community. The council meets once a year in-person in April and more frequently via Zoom.
