Founders Council

The Founders Council will focus on topics, issues, and opportunities related to growth strategy for founder-led commercial real estate enterprises. This includes business planning, raising capital, people strategy, and scaling operations within the U.S. commercial real estate market and regulatory environment. Members will discuss emerging trends shaping founder-led businesses, including access to capital in ever changing debt/equity markets, building leadership pipelines and company culture as firms scale, technology adoption, and strategies for sustainable, long-term growth.

This council is for individuals who have founded and lead their own commercial real estate enterprises, representing various asset classes, regions, and industry specialties.

CREW Councils are small, intimate peer groups within CREW Network that enable members to develop relationships, exchange knowledge, and do business with each other. Councils expand upon and enhance your CREW membership and other professional networking and information resources, delivering the competitive advantage you need to maximize your business potential.

The annual council fee is USD $750 and payable with CREW membership dues. The fee covers in-person meeting expenses, administrative support, and the online community. The council meets once a year in-person in April and more frequently via Zoom.
