Government and Education Council
This council focuses on connecting members with expertise in REITs, capital raising, and navigating market complexities across all areas of investment.
The Government and Education Council will focus on topics, issues, and opportunities related to the development, leasing, finance/lending, design, and construction of public buildings, including schools. This includes both education assets, from K-12 through higher education, and government assets. Members will discuss emerging trends shaping public sector real estate, including financing constraints and public funding cycles, accessibility and safety requirements, renovation and modernization of aging facilities, digital transformation, hybrid work in government offices, sustainability mandates, and demand for flexible spaces.

The annual council fee is USD $750 and payable with CREW membership dues. The fee covers in-person meeting expenses, administrative support, and the online community. The council meets once a year in-person in April and more frequently via Zoom.
