Industrial Council
This council focuses solely on the industrial asset class.
The Industrial Council will focus on topics, issues, and opportunities related to the development, leasing, finance/lending, design, engineering, and technology of industrial real estate. This includes warehouse and logistics facilities, manufacturing space, and industrial outdoor storage. Members will discuss emerging trends shaping the industrial landscape, including e-commerce-driven demand, near-shoring and reshoring of manufacturing, rising demand for industrial outdoor storage, power and infrastructure constraints tied to data center growth, available capital, and sustainability requirements.
The council is seeking additional participants in the following:
Regions: US Northeast, Midwest, West, Canada, UK, and Mexico regions
Specialties: Architecture, Brokerage, Finance, and Investment Management

The annual council fee is USD $750 and payable with CREW membership dues. The fee covers in-person meeting expenses, administrative support, and the online community. The council meets once a year in-person in April and more frequently via Zoom.
