Take a break, roll out for your mat and tune into your body. This is a gentle session to help release tension, tightness and overall stress. We'll work to restore ease of movement and flexibility, all in a format that will allow you to find ways to incorporate these exercises into your day. A yoga mat is not required so long as your standing surface is level and unobstructed.
