Tour this new multi-tenant creative office building in downtown San Diego
Get an exclusive look at the 450 B Street project, a six-story, 90,000 sq. ft. structural-steel building which will be constructed over an existing parking structure. Located in the heart of downtown San Diego, this project involves the demolition of the existing two-story branch bank structure, along with a portion of the existing plaza level deck.
The existing three-story below-grade parking structure will require extensive structural reinforcing and FRP seismic upgrades to support the new six-story, multi-tenant creative office building, The Commons at Twenty by Six. The existing parking garage will be connected to the new building with three new nine stop elevators and a new central staircase. The project features a state-of-the-art design, is targeted to achieve LEED certification, and will be completed in April 2021.
